Op GRANITE II Event Schedule
Your time in Chilliwack will be as full as you want it to be.
The key Op GRANITE II events include the Meet & Greet, the Memorial & Rededication Ceremony, the Memorial Dinner and the Farewell Brunch. As well, there are several optional events organized by various groups of volunteers. For convenience, all events are listed here with details as they currently stand. They include:
- Meet & Greet, the Memorial & Rededication Ceremony, the Memorial Dinner and Farewell Brunch;
- Legacy Walks of the old base and PMQ areas;
- Eco-Walk of the old Wet Bridging Area, now the Great Blue Heron Nature Reserve;
- Golf;
- Sturgeon Fishing;
- Combat Diver Reunion;
- Legion 100th Anniversary Time Capsule Reveal; and
- History & Heritage Displays;
A survey will be distributed in early May asking you to indicate which events you want to attend.
An updated program will be included with your Op GRANITE Welcome package at check-in.

Op GRANITE II Accommodation Suggestions for All Sappers Cenotaph Dedication [17-19 Jul 1946]
We have secured ten discounted accommodation choices for you while you attend Op GRANITE II. We are currently working on setting up a shuttle service to and from the venues.
